Hi, Iā€™m Mallory

- M.S. Recreation and Tourism Studies, Licensed Massage Therapist, RYT 200-Hour.

Mallory recently joined the world of bodywork graduating from Cortiva Institute in Arlington, TX, in 2021 to become a licensed massage therapist. Slightly more clinical in nature, my practice leans towards neuromuscular therapy. This approach focuses on specific knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and how to appropriately apply specific techniques that alleviate chronic pain from posture, injury, or repetitive motion/position. Individualized treatment plans are curated using a variety of modalities including deep tissue, trigger-point therapy, cupping, Swedish, and/or myofascial release, while intertwining intuitive treatment as needed.

Short-term goals maybe to alleviate pain or reduce stress, but long-term Mallory seeks to promote client self-awareness, improve knowledge of the body and its functionality, and optimize overall health and wellness. With her RYT 200-hr yoga teacher training from NAYC, she loves the opportunity to share and instruct as both teacher and student to promote strength, length, and balance for clients. Ultimately, this is about helping individuals reach their full physical potential and support overall wellbeing of mind, body and soul.

My Approach

Take a unique combination of experience and education that nurtures growth, strength, clarity, emotional and physical balance and provide those resources that encourage life long athleticism and autonomy to others.

Dream it

A well nourished body, mind, and soul.

Build it

Choose the right recipe for life, I happen to believe yoga and massages can be great ingredients.
