Custom
Designed to fit you, this massage is curated to relax or relieve. Combined modalities means swedish, trigger point, myofascial release or even a little deep tissue, this one is always different, satisfying, and centering.

Cupping
a reversal of traditional compression, cupping uses decompression to shift the shape of your muscular and soft tissue, while achieving the usual increased circulation and tension relief. Silicone cups are used for dynamic movement, the focus is around cupping, so it takes slightly longer and includes some swedish for transition and integration.

Deep Tissue
Designed for relief, deep tissue targets specific disfunction, imbalance or chronic pain. The intensity intends to alleviate by using myofascial, trigger point, PNF stretching to reach deeper muscle tissue and break up restricted fascia.

Sports and Spot treatments
sometimes the wellness journey needs to be fast. generally short and focused on the specific body parts that endure the most strain, A sports massage can be used pre or post event for preparation or recovery. Spot Treatments are just that, may be a sore neck, tension headache, shoulder or lower back pain.

Cancellations and Changes
Wild things happen sometimes. Change or cancel your appointment without fees outside of 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will result in $50 charge. No shows/no calls will be charged 50% of the service. Communication is key to avoiding unnecessary charges, don’t hesitate to call about changing an appointment.
In-home Massage
Sometimes home is best. For an additional fee arrangements can be made for in-home massages.
What to Expect
First, you’ll provide some information such as address, type of home, and parking availability and then we’ll set a date.
On the date of your appointment, I’ll arrive 15-20 minutes early to set up. You won’t need to do anything except have the area cleared, you are encouraged to use candles, diffusers, or lighting that creates a calming environment (I’ll bring the music unless you choose otherwise).
At massage time you’ll get on the table while I exit to a restroom or kitchen to wash my hands.
Massage ends, I exit to wash up, when you are ready I come in and clean up and go home!
FAQ
Q: Is there an additional charge?
A: Yes, $40 additional flat fee if the address is within 20 miles of the studio. Additional mileage is +$10 per 10 additional miles.
Q: Can I book in-home massages online?
A: No, for logistical purposes this must be booked over the phone or via email.
Q: How much room do I need?
A: Generally 80+ square feet of room
Q: What room is best?
A: Wherever the table fits! Dark & quiet is a nice plus.
Q: What if my family is home?
A: Sometimes that exactly why we are in-home because of childcare or pets. We all get along swimmingly with friendly pets, partners and kids. Sometimes interruptions are inevitable. Just keep in mind we keep to the time we’ve scheduled.
How much time should I plan for?
A: Assume 15-20 minutes to set up and 10-15 minutes to clean up plus your scheduled massage time.
Can I help you lug your stuff inside and out to the car?
A: I love the gesture but that answer is, a hard “no”.
