    An initial session will include an assessment of your goals and current practice, then a basic but personalized sequence to start encouraging overall strength and length.

    When your practice is established the goal maybe based around specific positions or improved general range of motion. I’ll work closely with you to help nurture the practice you love.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just movement, we can include meditation, breath work and mindfulness practices. As a massage therapist I incorporate knowledge on human anatomy and physiology that supports achieving your desired yogi outcomes.

  • Personalized sequencing practitioners can take home that encourages a holistic practice including mindfulness and meditation, incorporating both asana/positions and pranayama/breath.

Do I need experience?

No! This is one of the advantages of a private lesson or individualized lesson, it’s tailored to you. Bring a mat and wear clothes that let you move freely.

How long are the lessons?

Generally we schedule between 60 minutes up to 90 minutes depending on your goal, or the frequency of the lessons.

What type of yoga will i learn?

I lean towards flow (power or slow), vinyasa, and I love restorative so depending on what you prefer it’ll likely include a little bit of everything unless we set something specific.
